Police in Montgomery County are investigating a double shooting after two men were found with gunshot wounds in a gas station parking lot Monday night. Two wounded victims were found in the parking lot of a Lukoil gas station on the 600 block of Ridge Avenue in Conshohocken around 9:00 last night. The victims were transported to Mercy Suburban Hospital. Police are trying to determine if the shooting occurred there or at another location.

Rutgers University has decided to ban house parties at fraternities and sororities for the rest of the spring semester. There have been several alcohol-related problems this school year, including the death of a student. The ban affects all 86 fraternities and sororities. But events like spring formals will be allowed. A 19-year-old student died of alcohol poisoning in September after attending a fraternity party.

The seven deteriorating bridges over the Vine Street Expressway will get repaired starting next week. PennDOT said construction for the four-year, $64.8-million project will replace seven structurally deficient bridges over Interstate 676 in Philadelphia: 22nd Street, 21st Street, Benjamin Franklin Parkway/20th Street, 19th Street, 18th Street and the Free Library and Family Court pedestrian bridges. Closures and detours are scheduled on I-676 between I-76 and Broad Street from Midnight to 5 a.m.
