The FBI is looking for two men that were seen on surveillance footage handling a bomb on West 27th Street in New York City's Chelsea section on Saturday night. Between 8 and 9 p.m., the same time another bomb went off on 23rd Street, these men walked down the street, removed the bomb from a piece of luggage, placed it on the ground, and left with just the luggage. That pressure-cooker bomb did not go off. The FBI wants to speak with those two men. Authorities say that they are not suspects, but rather witnesses. They would also like to to recover the luggage as evidence. If you have any information call the FBI at 1-800-225-5324.

A photographer who pled guilty to child pornography charges was sentenced today to 15 years in federal prison. 50-year-old Mark Wilkens was charged with manufacturing and attempting to manufacture child pornography. He was a longtime volunteer photographer for WXPN's Kid's Corner radio program. He admitted to shooting explicit photos of 3-10 year-old girls at events around the city including the Franklin Institute, Morris Arboretum and the Camden Children's Garden between August 2010 and July 2015.

A Philadelphia teacher and a student were caught on cell phone video fighting in the hallway at Lincoln High School. They can be seen throwing punches and kicking at each other. It began when the student was late for class and the two began to argue. The student assaulted the teacher who tried to call security. The teacher tried to go to another classroom to call again but was confronted in the hallway. The student has been charged as an adult with assault. The teacher had to get stiches for a wound. The investigation into the incident continues.
