A father is under arrest after causing a multi-car crash in Bucks County yesterday that killed his toddler son while he was fleeing a robbery. Christopher Kuhn, of Hamilton, New Jersey, is charged with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle, accidents involving death or injury while not properly licensed, retail theft, endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license and running a red light. It happened in Tullytown, Bucks County, shortly after noon on Tuesday. It started when Kuhn stole speakers from a Walmart. He put his 2-year-old boy in the backseat of his SUV but didn't strap him in while he covered his license plate with a shirt. Kuhn ran a red light at Route 13 and Levittown Parkway while fleeing. He was t-boned by another car crossing through the intersection, flipped over, and hit another car. The boy was thrown from the vehicle. Kuhn ran away from the scene, but was captured a short distance away. His bail has been set at $5 million.

State Police are investigating after a woman was raped by two men in a park in Bucks County on Monday. It happened after 5 p.m. at Lake Nockamixon State Park in Haycock Township. The woman was on the fishing pier when two men forced her into a silver sedan. They drove to another area of the park and raped her. The one suspect is described as a white male, 6', short brown hair, and clean shaven. He was wearing baggy jeans and a black v-neck t-shirt. The second suspect is described as a white male, 5' 8", short blond hair, and a small mustache. He was wearing a red Under Armour t-shirt and baggy jeans. If you have any information call Pennsylvania State Police.

Firefighters responded to an underground transformer fire in Center City this morning. It happened around 8:15 a.m. near 9th and Walnut. The fire was close to both Jefferson and Wills Eye Hospitals but neither were affected. Heavy smoke and flames could be scene shooting from grates on the ground. Fire officials say the cause of the fire is likely wear and tear on the transformer.
