Flyers 5-1 over the Penguins for a closeout win at the Wells Fargo Center to win the best-of-seven series 4-2. Police have arrested a 27-year old Philadelphia man in connection with a fatal shooting that took place in an Upper Darby Barbershop Wednesday afternoon. The incident appears to have been the result of a love triangle. Sharif Wynn was taken into custody just one day after Wynn walked into a barber shop, pointed a gun at barber Michael Turner’s head and demanded money, claiming he went there to scare the victim.

Television and radio personality Dick Clark died Wednesday following a massive heart attack. Clark first rose to prominence back in the 1950s as host of "American Bandstand." The afternoon dance show first aired in Philadelphia before going nationwide. Dick Clark died at the age of 82.

A major child pornography bust in New Jersey has resulted in the arrests of 27 suspects. Following a three month investigation, law enforcement officials executed search warrants in 26 different towns across New Jersey. All 27 suspects have been charged with Distribution and Possession of Child Pornography, while some are facing additional charges.

The Philadelphia Archdiocese has announced it will close seven parishes in Northwest Philadelphia and Coatesville. The closings were announced at Mass, Sunday, but the archdiocese says parishioners were sent letters earlier so they were prepared. They include St. Francis of Assisi and Immaculate Conception in Germantown as well as St. Josephat, St. Lucy and St. Mary of the Assumption in Manayunk. Authorities in Camden County and Cumberland County, North Carolina are working together on a murder investigation. The murder of a woman in Fayetteville, NC, may be connected to the murder-suicide of two doctors Wednesday afternoon in Voorhees. Shawna Givens was found dead inside of her Fayetteville apartment. Philadelphia Police have a warning out to residents after two South Philadelphia burglaries last week. Police say suspects, pretending to be public utility workers, went into two homes and left with cash and valuables. The two similar incidents happened in homes about two miles apart in South Philly.

Mandatory evacuations have been ordered in a section of Berks County due to a forest fire Monday afternoon. A power line brought down by a windblown tree sparked a blaze in the woods on the border of Chester and Berks counties. Crews are on the scene, to fight the fire, and to protect nearby homes and a fireworks company.
