The Democrat candidate running for district attorney in Philadelphia, Larry Krasner, has stated that he would like to install supervised injection clinics where addicts can safely inject themselves with drugs. Krasner stated that many addicts leave their used needles around where children play putting them at risk. Police are now investigating after shots were fired into a Drexel Hill home on Wednesday night. The incident took place at around 10 pm on the 200 block of Wilde Avenue. The homeowner and three other family members were sitting in their home when shots were fired at the house. A mother in Delaware County has now been arrested in connection with the discovery of a deadly drug that was found in an elementary school parking lot. Police say that 29-year-old Dollinda Williams dropped off her child at St. Bernadette's in Drexel Hill when two dozen bags of fentanyl fell out of her pocket or purse. Another parent found the drugs. Williams turned herself into police on Tuesday. She has now been charged with possession and reckless endangerment.

Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a man was shot and killed in North Philadelphia. The shooting took place on the 2700 block of North 22nd Street at around 5:40 pm. Police say that the 29-year-old man was riding his scooter when he was shot 7 times. The victim's name has not yet been released, and police are still searching for the suspect or suspects responsible.

Upper Darby Police are now investigating after a woman was tied up in an alleged home invasion. Police say that the incident took place along the 6800 block of Coverly Road. First Responders reported that a man allegedly broke into the home and bound the woman who was inside of the home. Police say that the suspect was able to flee out the backdoor before they arrived. It is not clear if they were able to get away with any valuables. Police are continuing an investigation.

SEPTA's Trenton line resumed service on Monday after a pedestrian was hit and killed by an Amtrak train. The incident took place at around 8:30 am on Sunday near Philadelphia's Torresdale section on Grant Avenue and James Street. The train was heading to New York when it struck and killed a pedestrian. Philadelphia Police are searching for a missing boy who was last seen on Monday. 13-year-old Kcajjahn Ward was last seen at around 5:30 pm on Monday in North Philadelphia wearing a tan, black, and red t-shirt, black shorts, and a red cast on his right hand. Ward is said to be 5'9", 155 lbs, with a heavier build. Police have also said that Ward has his hair braided above his ears.
