A Philadelphia high school student was rushed to the hospital on Monday after a fight broke out at school. The incident took place at the Penn Treaty School on the 600 block of Thompson Street in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia. Police reported that a fight had broken out between four seniors in the bathroom, and when police were able to break up the fight, one of the victims was found on the floor with a swollen face. Police are now investigating after a man was shot and killed in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia. Police say the incident happened at around 3:00 pm Friday, on the 3800 block of North 18th Street. Police arrived on the scene to find a 34-year-old man with gun shot wounds to his chest and chin, the man died on the scene. The identity of the victim has not yet been released. An 11-month-old baby has now died from the injuries it sustained in a house fire last week. The fire happened on the 300 block of East Sheldon street in the Olney section of Philadelphia. Crews arrived on the scene last week to find heavy fire coming from the upper level the two-story home.
