A Collegeville man has now been charged in a deadly ATV crash that happened in Montgomery County. The crash happened Christmas Eve on Greenwood Avenue in Upper Providence Township at around 2:35 am. 32-year-old Steven E. Gismonde has been charged with the death of 21-year-old Sydney Hunter Stone. Philadelphia Police have now arrested a woman that stole expensive shoes and handbags from a Germantown apartment. 24-year-old Annette Rodriguez turned herself into police on Monday. The theft took place at the Wayne Court Apartments on the 5400 block of Wayne Avenue on January 26th. Police say that the suspects forced open the apartment door and tore through the apartment stealing designer shoes and handbags totaling up to $7,000. Pennsylvania State Police are now searching for a suspect who is wanted for an ATM skimming incident. Footage of the incident was caught at the Wawa store on Arch Street in Philadelphia. Police say the suspect used a fraudulent debit card with the victim's information at the Wawa. The suspect would have previously used a skimmer to create copies of victim's card at another location. Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a teen was shot at a Recreation Center in South Philadelphia. The shooting took place at Vare Recreation Center on the 1700 block of South 26th Street just after 6 pm. Police say that the teen was shot in the chest and was quickly rushed to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where he is listed in stable condition. Police are still searching for the suspect responsible for the shooting.

Police and US Marshals are now searching for a man who is wanted in the East Falls section of Philadelphia. 25-year-old Rashi Barnes is wanted by US Marshals for warrants from Pennsylvania State Police, Philadelphia Police, and Lower Moreland Police. Authorities arrived at Barnes' apartment on the 4000 block of Ridge Avenue in East Falls at 9 am on Wednesday. The Marshals tried to serve Barnes the warrant but he was able to get away. Philadelphia Police are now searching for two suspects wanted in connection in a robbery spree in Philadelphia. In one of the robberies, one of the victims fought back. Two of the suspects entered Eagles Corner Store on January 29th at around 9:30. When the suspects started to rob the store, the owner pulled out a gun and began to shoot, hitting one of the suspects. Philadelphia Police are now investigating a string of robberies targeting women that have been taking place in the Northwest neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Police say that they believe the robberies are all connected due to how the victims are robbed, and the description of the suspect and getaway car given by the victims. ESPN will be releasing the top 50 rising stars in the NBA of 2016-2017 season over the next 10 days, leading up to the Rising Stars Challenge during the All-Star Weekend. Numbers 50-41 were released today, and Sixers rising center Jahlil Okafor was ranked at number 43. Billionaire Investor Carl Icahn has stated that he is now planning to sell the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. The casino closed it's doors back in October of 2016. During the time before the closure many of the main union workers at the casino were on strike. Icahn has stated that he decided to put the casino up for sale after a bill was passed that would strip him of his casino license for 5 years.
