Officials say that 36-year-old Kevin Kline was off duty last Christmas Eve driving on Passyunk Avenue, when he hit a car and proceeded to flee the scene. A teen was taken to the hospital on Tuesday night after a gunman opened fire on a Chinese restaurant in Southwest Philadelphia. The shooting took place at the Twin Dragon on the 2700 block of Dickinson Street. Police say that the gunman approached the front door of the restaurant, where a struggle ensued with some customers. Officials say that three people have been killed after a car crash occurred during a police chase in Burlington County on Monday. The crash happened at around 12 pm on Flyatt and Caranza Roads in front of Sequoia High School in Tabernacle Township. Officials say that the SUV crashed and wrapped around a utility pole. The legislation, which passed through a 14-3 vote will change the licensing requirements for neighborhood stores that sell alcohol. Officials say that the suspect was seen inside of Hok Heg Chinese store on West Cecil B. Moore Avenue where he grabbed the 20-year-old woman's backpack. Philadelphia Police are now investigating a deadly shooting that took place in the city's Kensington section. The shooting took place on Sunday at 4:15 pm on the 3200 block of Rorer Street. Police say that they arrived on the scene to find a 22-year-old man shot three times, once in the chest and twice in the back. The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. So far no arrests have been made.
