Officials in Collingswood, NJ, are searching for a 12-year-old girl who possibly went missing with a 21-year-old Florida man. The Camden County Prosecutor's Office says that 12-year-old Kayla Sparano was last seen by a friend at Collingswood High School during the day on Thursday, March 29th. She was seen later that day around 2 p.m. at the Collingswood PATCO station. Sparano may be traveling with 21-year-old Liam Heim of Gulfport, Florida. Authorities say that Heim has been in contact with Sparano. She is described as a white female, 5'5", 125 pounds, with chin length light brown or red hair, and wears round framed glasses. She was last seen wearing a long sleeved white shirt with dark colored bands around the elbow, a yellow skirt, dark colored leggings and black sneakers with thick white tread. Heim described as a white male with short hair, and was observed wearing a black t-shirt with white writing across the front, with black jeans and black shoes. Anyone with information should call the Collingswood Police Department at 856-854-1900 or Detective Latesha Jones of the Camden County Prosecutor's Office at 609-422-7219.

UPDATE: According to her older sister, 12-year-old Kayla Sparano has been found safe. He has been placed into custody.

The judge in Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial may keep jurors from hearing the comedian's testimony about giving quaaludes to women before sex. Judge Steven O'Neill said at a pretrial hearing on Friday that he won't make a ruling until the testimony is brought up during trial. The specific testimony came during a deposition in 2005 during a civil suit brought by Cosby's accuser Andrea Constand. The prosecution hopes to use the testimony in building a picture of Cosby as a serial predator. It was included in the first trial. O'Neill said, "This defendant is not on trial for what he said in his deposition." Jury selection will begin on Monday, April 2nd. The trial is set for April 9th in Norristown.

Police in Burlington, NJ are searching for a man who threw an elderly fisherman into the Delaware River. It happened on the Riverfront Promenade on Thursday around 10:30 a.m. The 76-year-old man from Riverside was fishing when the suspect grabbed him and threw him in the river. The victim was helped out and taken to Lourdes Medical Center. He suffered a broken shoulder and has been released. Police say the suspect was talking to himself and began to yell at the river before grabbing the victim and tossing him in the water. They believe he may have been suffering a psychiatric episode. He is described as a tall black male, between 20 to 30 years of age, with a thin build, wearing a blue-hooded sweatshirt and a tan jacket. If you have any information, please call the City of Burlington Police Department at 609-386-0262.
