Philadelphia Police released images of three suspects and a vehicle in connection to last week's mass shooting at SEPTA's Olney Transportation Center. It happened around 2:50 p.m on Wednesday, 2/17, at Broad and Olney. Eight people were shot ages 17-71. No one was killed. Police combed through hours of surveillance footage from the area to find the images of the shooters. There is a $25,000 reward from the city and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive for information that leads to the arrests and conviction at least one of these suspects.

The first suspect is described as having a thin build, green mask, wearing a dark colored jacket with white stripes down the arms of the jacket and an emblem on the chest, dark pants, and dark shoes. The second suspect is tall, thin build, all dark clothing with white or light-colored shoes. The third suspect has a medium build wearing all dark clothing. They were driving an older model blue Ford Explorer. If you have any information, call 215-686-TIPS.

Philadelphia Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley announced on Friday, 2/26, that the city will be relaxing some coronavirus COVID-19 restrictions related to attendance at indoor and outdoor events. These changes will affect sporting events, restaurants, theaters, religious services, retail stores, catered events, and other gatherings. Starting March 1, Philadelphia's limits will be aligned with Pennsylvania as a whole. For larger outdoor stadiums the limit increases to 2,500, while indoor is 500. That would increase the chances of having some fans at Phillies games starting April 1. Spectators at Flyers and Sixers games as well as many concert venues may have to wait until Pennsylvania increases indoor capacities more. Restaurants can increase outdoor tables to 6 people and they no longer all have to be from the same household. Senior centers can open, but masks must be worn and no more than 25 in a room. Movie theaters can now serve food. Popcorn and soda! Groups are limited to 4. Outdoor catered events can be 100. Religious services are capped at 20%. Most indoor events are still restricted at current levels.

"I think being able to have your wife and your kids there, being able to perform in front of them is always fun, and then, of course, the city of Philadelphia having their fans in the stands, there is nothing better," Philadelphia Phillies RF Bryce Harper said. "I think people are eager to go to ballparks and eager to go to sporting events, to get it back to what it was before. I think getting out of their houses and getting into the stadiums, if they feel safe and want to do it, then it is great for the game and it is great for them as well."

FEMA is getting ready to open a mass vaccination clinic at the Pennsylvania Convention Center next week. The clinic will open March 3 and run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m every day. This a Tier 1 vaccination site and can give 6,000 shots a day. It gets its vaccine supply directly from the federal government and does not use the supply allocated to the City of Philadelphia which runs its own clinics. You must have an appointment to get a vaccine, there will be no walkups. You can fill out the vaccine interest form at http://phila.gov/vaccineinterest or call 3-1-1 for help. The U.S. Army is coordinating to set up the clinic and it will be staffed by 222 U.S. Marines.
