Pennsylvania State Police have announced the arrest of a man wanted for two separate road rage shootings along the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bucks County in March. 29-year-old Andre Kenny Mark Green of Fort Washington was taken into custody at his workplace in Fairless Hills on Friday, 4/2. He is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, reckless endangerment, and firearms violations. The first incident happened around 2:20 p.m. on 3/15 in the westbound lanes of I-276 near the Bensalem Interchange. Troopers found two shell casings in the area. It was reported that someone in a grey sedan shot at a Ford F-150 pickup truck. The second incident happened around 2:55 p.m. on 3/21 near mile marker 347 in Bensalem on I-276. Someone in a grey Kia Forte shot another vehicle. Troopers recovered two bullets from the victim's car. No one was injured. Green is being held on 10% of $850,000 bail.

A teen boy was shot three times and killed in North Philadelphia on Monday afternoon, 4/4. It happened before 2:45 p.m. on the 2200 block of North 15th Street. The boy was shot in his left shoulder, left side of his back, and in his right torso area. He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he died from his injuries. The boy is believed to be 14-18 years old. It happened near Dr. Tanner G. Duckrey Public School. No weapons have been recovered. No arrests have been made.

UPDATE: The 15-year-old 8th grade boy was walking home from school when he has approached by 2 shooters.

A car crash in Northeast Philadelphia caused a natural gas leak and prompted some evacuations. It happened around 10:52 a.m. at Frankford and Cottman avenues. A driver hit a traffic pole which then severed a gas line. Children were evacuated from a nearby day care. Other buildings were also evacuated as a precaution. The gas has since been turned off. Crews remain on the scene. No word on any injuries.
