A box truck slammed into to a railroad overpass and fell on its side in Delaware County this morning. Man's Throat Slashed In S. Phila; PPA Ticket Amnesty Program; Police Involved  In Montco. Shooting

Police are investigating after a man was found with his throat slashed in South Philadelphia. Police found the 27-year-old man in the middle of the 2700 block of South Hutchinson Street in the early morning hours of Tuesday. The man was rushed to a local hospital where he remains in critical condition. Police are still searching for a motive and a suspect for the incident.
