An out-of-control driver crashed into over a dozen parked cars in South Philadelphia last night. It happened after 10 p.m. Friday on 3rd Street between Ritner and Porter Streets. The driver of a pickup truck barreled down the street striking cars along the way. He smashed into 16 cars, several had to be towed away. The driver was arrested under suspicion of DUI.
