An ice jam is causing minor flooding along the Delaware River near Trenton, NJ and Yardley, Bucks County in Pennsylvania. Recent warm temperatures and rain caused the frozen river to break up quickly and ice to flow down river. The river levels quickly rose to flood stage overnight Monday.
