The Philadelphia Board of Pensions voted on Thursday to disqualify former District Attorney Seth Williams from collecting a pension. Williams resigned from his post on June 29th after he pled guilty to a single count of bribery in the middle of his federal corruption trial. The rest of his charges were dropped. Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a man was shot in the head in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. The shooting took place on the 1600 block of Margaret Street at around 9:30 pm on Tuesday night. Police arrived on the scene to find the man unresponsive and he was pronounced dead on the scene.
