New Opioid Jail Proposal; Cost Of Cosby Trial Released; Cerebral Palsy Attacker, New Charges

A new proposal is being introduced in Pennsylvania that would increase jail time for heroin dealers. Republican State Representative James Santora introduced the bill on Thursday. The new measure would leave a mandatory minimum prison sentence of five years for first time heroin offenders.
