Deadly Shooting in Mantua, Search for Rittenhouse Square Shooter, Body Camera Bill Passed

Police are now investigating a deadly shooting that happened in the Mantua section of Philadelphia. The shooting happened at around 6:30 pm on the 3500 block of Wallace Street. Police say that someone opened fire on a teen, shooting him in the shoulder. The unidentified victim was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
