Yesterday, Septa passengers were rescued after heavy rain caused the bus to stall in floodwaters in Lehigh and Delaware Valleys. The SEPTA bus and several cars got stalled in the flash flood located beneath the overpass at Station and RailRoad Avenues. Passengers were rescued by fire and police.
