Pennsylvania State Police say that the search for a missing college student from Montgomery County is now over. The body of 19-year-old Jacob Marberger, a Cheltenham native and Washington College student, was found Saturday in the picnic area of the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary in Albany Township, Berks County. A New Jersey shore town is scheduled to vote Friday on a plan to reduce the use of plastic shopping bags.
