A man was found shot dead in an apartment Sunday night in the Germantown section of Philadelphia on the 100 block of Manheim Street. The 52-year-old victim was shot twice – once in the chest and once in the shoulder. He was taken to Temple Hospital where we was pronounced dead about a half hour later.
