Miley Cyrus has been hospitalized and had to cancel a show in Kansas City. The pop singer apparently suffered a severe negative reaction to antibiotics she had been taking. A SWAT standoff has ended in Pitman, Glocuester County Tuesday. Pitman Police responded around 3 p.m. to a home near near Columbia Avenue and Delsea Drive. Police then summoned the Gloucester County Special Weapons and Tactics Team which negotiated with the barricaded man until his voluntary surrender shortly before 8 p.m. Investigators say the man was taken to the hospital.

Pennsylvania State Police have issued an Amber Alert tonight after a mother took her 20-month-old son from his home.
