| The former principal of a Delaware County elementary school has been arrested for sexually an 11-year-old girl. 43-year-old Jonathan Wisneski is charged with two counts of institutional sexual assault, two counts of indecent assault, and two counts of endangering the welfare of children. | The City of Philadelphia lifted the coronavirus COVID-19 vaccination mandate this past Wednesday, 2/16, on dining establishments. The mandate went into effect on January 3.
