The former principal of a Delaware County elementary school has been arrested for sexually an 11-year-old girl. 43-year-old Jonathan Wisneski is charged with two counts of institutional sexual assault, two counts of indecent assault, and two counts of endangering the welfare of children. Wisneski is the former principal at Primos Elementary in Clifton Heights in the Upper Darby School District. He left his position in 2018 after initial allegations were made. The City of Philadelphia lifted the coronavirus COVID-19 vaccination mandate this past Wednesday, 2/16, on dining establishments. The mandate went into effect on January 3. It included restaurants, bars, sports venues, cafes, food courts, movie theaters, bowling alleys, casinos, catering halls, and other venues that serve food/drink to consume on premises. Philadelphia Police are searching for four suspects wanted in a violent home invasion/robbery that happened early Saturday morning, 2/12, in Oxford Circle.
