A Winter Weather Watch has been issued for South Jersey and a Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect for along the I-95 corridor from 1 a.m. Sat. December 9th to 1 a.m. Sun. December 10th. Upper Darby Police have arrested the suspect wanted for attacking a 74-year-old legally blind man last week. 25-year-old Marvin Harper has been charged in the November 26th attack on the unit block of Glendale Road. Harper allegedly knocked the elderly man to the ground and stole $100 and a cell phone. The victim suffered a broken hip and leg and required surgery.

Philadelphia Police are now searching for a driver who is wanted for a hit-and-run accident involving a teen. The incident occurred on Tuesday night at around 5:30 pm near 63rd and Market Streets in the Cobbs Creek section of Philadelphia. Two men have been arrested for stealing a walker belonging to a young Delaware girl suffering from cerebral palsy. 51-year-old Leland Watson and 49-year-old Donald Cole are charged with theft and conspiracy.
