| New Jersey State Police say two men are facing charges, including allegedly operating a drug manufacturing facility in Atlantic County. Rubin Sewell and Lavelle Davis, of Galloway, were arrested Friday morning in Galloway Township. An off duty New Jersey police officer accused of shooting and killing a man on Interstate-97 in Maryland has been arrested there. Authorities say 40-year-old Joseph Walker is from Eastampton, Burlington County and is an officer with the Hudson County Prosecutor’s office. Walker allegedly shot 36-year-old Joseph Harvey after a dispute while both were driving on the highway.

| Camden authorities are seeking information about a suspicious person in connection with a possible child luring incident. According to the Camden County Police Department, a man approached a child and told him he had juice and candy and would have money the next day. The death toll is six in the Philadelphia building collapse. That was the word from Mayor Michael yesterday after the Salvation Army Thrift Shop building at 22nd and Market collapsed without warning. One man and five women were killed. Fourteen survivors have been pulled from the rubble. The investigation into the cause of the collapse is continuing.

| Three people were killed and at least 13 people were injured following a building collapse in Center City Philadelphia Wednesday morning. Missing since April, Collingdale mom Melissa Ortiz-Rodriguez is the focus of an intensifying search. She wanted a divorce from her estranged husband, Jose Rodriguez and was planning a trip to Newark to visit friends on April 19th by bus. Dark smoke from a trash fire billowed over Southwest Philadelphia late Tuesday afternoon. The fire broke out at about 4 p.m. at the junk yard along Gray's Ferry Avenue and South Hanson Street. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
