Car Windows Shot by BBs in Olney; Ursinus Attempted Abduction; Children Safe in Chester Carjacking

Dozens of car windows were shot out on Sunday evening, 11/17, on one Olney street by vandals wielding BB guns. It happened around 5:30 p.m. on the 5700 block of North Howard Street. Surveillance video shows two young people running down the street supposedly shooting at each other. They left behind a swath of shattered glass. Neighbors are not happy to now have to foot a bill costing hundreds of dollars to repair the vandalism. If you have any information contact police.

Six men have been charged after Friday night's, 11/15, shooting at a high school football game in Pleasantville, NJ. Pleasantville High School was playing Camden High School in a state playoff game. Shots rang out in the 3rd quarter at around 8:30 p.m. causing a panic in the stands. Two children and a man were injured. A 10-year-old boy and 27-year-old man were critically injured. 22-year-old Sean Kratz of Philadelphia has been convicted in the deaths of three young men on his cousin Cosmo DiNardo's farm in Solebury Township, Bucks County in July 2017. A jury deliberated for 18 hours over 3 days and asked the judge several questions. Former Philadelphia Eagle great Ron Jaworksi has stepped in to help a South Jersey little league football team. The Millville Junior Thunderbolts had been invited by Snoop Dogg to play in the Snoop Youth Football League Nationals in California next month. Delaware State Police have announced that the death of a teacher whose body was found in the Brandywine River this past summer has been ruled a homicide. Officials say that 50-year-old Susan Leyard of Wilmington died from a combination of blunt force trauma and drowning. She was discovered in the river near the Church Street Bridge on July 23rd. A Philadelphia man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a Fox Chase woman in her home last week. 30-year-old Arthur L. Caesar of Somerton is charged with murder, robbery, tampering with evidence, and other offenses. 35-year-old Jill Millman was discovered on Wednesday, 11/6, by her mother. A 14-year-old girl is in police custody in connection to the murder of a 60-year-old man in Philadelphia's Rhawnhurst neighborhood early Monday morning, 10/4. No charges have been filed yet. Al Chernoff was discovered dead in his bedroom around 3 a.m. on the 8000 block of Algon Avenue. He was tied to the bed and had a large wound to his head with slashes on his chest.
