A draft opinion of a Supreme Court case dealing with a Mississippi abortion ban was leaked and published by Politico on Monday, 5/2. The opinion as written would overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision on abortion rights on a national level. Overturning Roe does not make abortion illegal in the country, it would be up to individual states to set their own laws. Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane surrendered to authorities on Friday, 4/29, after a bench warrant for her arrest on potential probation violations was issued by a Montgomery County judge on Thursday, 4/28. Mark is best known for his weekly Frank Sinatra radio programs that have been on the air for the past 65 years. Authorities in Delaware are searching for a man in connection to the stabbing death of a man outside of a motel in New Castle County on Sunday afternoon. An arrest warrant has been issued for 52-year-old Frank Deshields for first-degree murder and weapons charges.
