A Delaware County pastor has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing a teenage girl. 70-year-old Edward Lilly of Boothwyn was the pastor of the Christian Church of Chester and faces 22 counts. He first met the victim in 2017 when she was 16 and worked at a super market he frequented. He started grooming the girl by flirting and giving her gifts and cash. It happened just before 4 p.m. on the 6100 block of Locust Street. Officers were called to the scene of a domestic disturbance and encountered 27-year-old Walter Wallace armed with a knife. A FedEx delivery driver was critically injured after being shot in Philadelphia on Tuesday, 10/20. It happened just before Noon on the 800 block of South 3rd Street near Christian Street in Queen Village. The driver, approximately 30-years-old, was shot in the chest and the leg.
