Philadelphia police are asking the public's help in finding a missing 11-year-old girl who hasn't been seen since early Saturday morning, 3/7. Leylah White-Cotterell was last seen around 1 a.m. on the 5700 block of Dunlap Street in West Philadelphia. She is described as a black female, 5' 2", medium build, medium complexion, brown eyes, and black hair. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf signed an emergency disaster declaration on Friday, 3/6, in response to any impending coronavirus outbreak in the state. This will allow state agencies to work together easier. He also directed $20 million in unused appropriated funds towards fighting the virus. The warning period for being caught on camera speeding through work zones on Pennsylvania highways is now over. Starting Wednesday, 3/4, drivers can be fined when caught driving 11 mph over the posted work zone speed limit in an active zone. The first violation will merit a warning.
