Philadelphia's The Districts have released a new video for the first single 'Ordinary Day' off their just announced new album Popular Manipulations due August 11th on Fat Possum Records. 'Ordinary Day' was released back in February and was available as a 7-inch over the weekend on Record Store Day. SEPTA New Regional Rail Schedule; Search For Missing Philly Child; 22 Arrests At Philly

SEPTA has now begun its new modified Regional Rail schedule that went into effect starting on Sunday. SEPTA officials have stated that the new schedule will focus on adjusting the service and time of weekday and weekend trains. The schedule also focuses mainly on trains that operate on Amtrak lines to support the final phase of Positive Train Control. Philadelphia police Arrested 22 people and confiscated large amounts of marijuana following the bust of a "smokeasy" pot party in a Kensington warehouse last night. The "Philly Smoke Session" was organized on social media and held on the 4500 block of Worth Street. Nineteen males and four females were arrested. 175 others were released without being charged. Lyrids Meteor Shower Tonight in Philadelphia Skies, Partly Cloudy, Low 50's

The annual Lyrid meteor shower is expected to peak overnight tonight with the best viewing just before dawn on Sunday. However, here in Philadelphia the forecast is calling for partly cloudy skies as the rain gradually moves away. If it wasn't for the clouds, the sky would be perfect for viewing since the moon is in the Waning Crescent phase phase and the skies would be dark.

A high school staff member in Chester County was arrested for sexually assaulting a teenage student. Tredyffrin Police arrested 67-year-old Arthur Phillips for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old female student. Phillips has worked at Conestoga High School as an instructional aide in the television production studio since 2006. A Philadelphia soccer coach has now been accused of sexually assaulting one of his former players multiple times, and having a baby with the teen. 39-year-old Francisco Prado-Contreras was arrested on Wednesday after police were notified of a 15-year-old teen who had a 7-month old baby that could be fathered by Contreras. A Tennessee teacher has been arrested and a teenage girl has been found safe in Northern California after the pair disappeared last month. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says that 50-year-old Tad Cummins and 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas were found on Thursday. The pair disappeared from Maury County, TN on March 13th.
