Philadelphia Police are searching for a male and a female suspect wanted for a shooting incident at Pat's Steaks in South Philadelphia over the weekend. It happened at 5:45 a.m. Sunday, 12/27, at the famous cheesesteak restaurant on the 1200 block of South 9th Street. The incident was captured on surveillance video. A man has been arrested in the deadly shooting of a teenager at Nockamixon State Park back in October. Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub announced on Wednesday, 12/30, that 52-year-old Kenneth Troy Heller of Warminster is charged with criminal homicide and related charges in the death of 18-year-old Jason Kutt of Sellersville. Philadelphia Police are searching for a suspect wanted for killing an aspiring comedian and rapper on the streets of Overbrook on Christmas Eve. It happened around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, 12/24, on the 1800 block of Wynnewood Road. 20-year-old Dyewoo Scruggs was walking along the road and recording a social media post when he was gunned down. Police have officially identified 43-year-old Jesus Perez as the man shot and killed by police early Christmas morning after he opened fire on a crowd in Kensington. Perez's 15-year-old son, Jeremy Perez, was shot and killed and his 17-year-old nephew, Giovanny Capulin, were wounded by his gunfire. A frozen-solid dead humpback whale washed ashore on a beach in Ocean County on Christmas Day. The 31-foot, 15-ton was found on the beach in Barneget Light on Long Beach Island near the Barneget Inlet. Bon Schoelkopf, co-director of the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, said that the cause of death is unknown, but there are no signs of physical injury. The animal may have gotten ill. The signing will avert a government shutdown and continue unemployment benefits for millions. Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting incident early Christmas morning that left two dead and a third injured in Kensington. It happened around 12:30 a.m. on the 3300 block of Emerald Street. Two police officers responded to a call for a fight over a parking spot.
