Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine announced today, 10/6, that they are amending existing coronavirus COVID-19 orders and adjusting capacity limits for both indoor and outdoor gatherings. The new rules use venue capacity to determine the maximum size of the gathering instead of the current set limit of 25 indoor and 250 outdoor. The Camp Teddy protest encampment on Ridge Ave. next to the Philadelphia Housing Authority was vacated Monday night, 10/5, following an agreement between PHA, the City of Philadelphia, and camp organizers OccupyPHA. Pennsylvania Republican Senator Pat Toomey has reportedly decided not to run for another term in the U.S. Senate or to run for Governor in 2022. The 58-year-old is expected to serve out the remaining two years on his term in Washington, D.C. He was seen as the likely GOP candidate for governor. Toomey has advocated for term limits. Plymouth Township police have released an updated photo of two female suspects wanted for vandalism of the Officer Brad Fox Memorial last weekend. It happened on Saturday, 9/26, around 3:30 p.m. The two women were riding bikes along the Schuylkill River Trail.
