A spokesman says Governor Wolf will sign a bill headed to his desk that is intended to protect the privacy of 9-1-1- callers. The bill sent to the governor Tuesday provides that in response to a Right-To-Know request, release of the name, telephone number and home address of people who call 911 would be prohibited in most circumstances. Twin brothers from Chester County have been arrested and charged with setting off IEDs in several locations in Chester and Lancaster Counties over winter break. 22-year-old's Daniel and Caleb Tate of Cochranville, Chester County, started off their spree on December 20th by blowing up a mailbox with an improvised explosive device. Philadelphia Police responded to Central High School in the City's Olney neighborhood following an apparent bomb threat. The school was evacuated around 8:00 a.m. this morning. School district officials says the school was evacuated following a bomb threat that was made over the phone.

Police in Delaware County are asking for the public's help. They are looking for a man wanted for snapping photos of a woman without her knowledge. Surveillance video, from The Pretzel Factory on 69th Street, shows the man taking upskirt pictures of an unsuspecting woman as she stood in line. The victim finally realized what was happening. She slapped the man and he then took off.

Philadelphia Police Sgt. Robert Wilson III was posthumously honored today at a ceremony at the White House. Wilson's grandmother Constance accepted the National Medal of Valor from President Obama.
