A missing Delaware County boy has been found safe and three people are in custody according to authorities. 10-year-old Mason Brooks was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, 5/22, on the 2100 block of Delmar Drive in Folcroft, PA. Mason has a learning disability and may have gotten into a white or silver vehicle. He was wearing a red Phillies T-shirt, black shorts, and no shoes. The serial rapist and stalker wanted for numerous incidents in the Philadelphia area over a 3-day period last weekend is now in custody. 28-year-old Kevin Bennett of Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested on Saturday afternoon around 1:50 p.m. in his hometown in Indiana. Police in Philadelphia and Montgomery County are being joined by the FBI in the hunt for a serial rapist and stalker that victimized numerous women in the area over a 3-day period last weekend. Philadelphia police identified 28-year-old Kevin Bennett, of Indianapolis, Indiana, as the wanted suspect. The incidents occurred between May 15-18 and stretched between Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced on Monday, 5/17, that he is lifting the outdoor mask mandate across the state effective immediately. However, the indoor mask mandate will stay in place for now, despite guidance from the CDC that says vaccinated people do not need masks indoors.
