The Eagles won the NFC East last night with a hard fought victory over the Dallas Cowboys. After last year's 4-12 last place finish, most Eagles fans, including this one, hoped for 6 maybe 8 wins under new coach Chip Kelly. But these Eagles have surprised everyone, except maybe themselves. Kanye West has used his share of samples over the years and is probably well acquainted with the process of obtaining mechanical licenses through the The Harry Fox Agency. That being said, it seems unusual that he did not get permission or pay for the hook he sample from a 1971 song "Bound" for his #1 hit "Bound 2".
