Council Rock Teens die in SUV Crash; Made in America Singin' in the Rain; Showboat Casino/HOB Closed

Three sophomores at Council Rock High School South in Bucks County were killed this weekend in a SUV crash in the Poconos. The crash occurred on Saturday morning in Paupack Township near Lake Wallenpaupack in Wayne County about 70 miles north of Philadelphia. There were 6 juveniles inside the 2001 Chevrolet Suburban when it overturned on a country road. The three boys have been identified as Ryan Lesher, Shamus Digney, and Cullen Keffer. The Made in America Music Festival is back again in Philadelphia for it's third year. This year, festival organizers have decided to host a simultaneous concert in Los Angeles over the Labor Day Weekend. Preparations have been going on all week long to get the site ready for the estimated 80,000 fans expected between Saturday and Sunday. Two Champion Teams from Broomall-Newtown; Cyber Attacks on Banks; Made in America Fest

We'll be celebrating another youth baseball champion this week. Last night, the Broomall-Newtown 15 year old team won the Babe Ruth World Series knocking off a team from North Carolina. Last Friday, the 13 year old age group also won the World Series defeating a team from Arizona. There will be a parade Sunday at 4 pm at the Newtown Square Shopping Center honoring both teams.

Philadelphia Police are investigating after a man was shot and $70,000 was taken in the parking lot of a shopping center in Northeast Philadelphia. A 37-year-old male was robbed when he pulled into the parking lot. Police say he was shot once in the arm. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Police are searching for two male suspects wearing masks, last seen in a white van, possibly a Dodge Caravan, driving south through the parking lot towards Cottman Avenue.

Police in Jerusalem, Israel say that the body found near a forest is that of the missing student from New Jersey. 23-year-old Aharon Sofer from Lakewood, NJ, had been missing since Friday when he went on a hike with a friend in the woods. The two became separated and Aharon wasn't seen again. The body was found about a mile from where he was last seen.
