Every once in a while you get to see and hear a performer who just takes your breath away, I had that experience and pleasure on Monday night July 29th at 8PM at the Cape May Convention Center. Philadelphia Orchestra delivers first-rate performances at the Mann Center

In the past few weeks, the Mann Center has been the home for the Philadelphia Orchestra. Recent performances have featured the music from Fantasia, The Legend of Zelda, and Symphonic Sports-tacular - a recent partnership with Philadelphia sports teams which featured famous moments from Philadelphia sports history set to well known classical favorites.

Philadelphia Wide Receiver Riley Cooper has been excused from all team activities as he undergoes counseling and sensitivity training. He will meet with professionals recommended by the Eagle's organization. Riley has apologized to fans, family, friends, coaches, and teammates following the release of a video showing him using a racial slur at a concert in June. Dead Dolphins at Jersey Shore, Woman Dies in Fall From Condo, L and I Hearings

Two more dead dolphins washed up at the Jersey shore yesterday and environmental officials are still searching for the reason the dolphins are dying. These two at Ocean City and Margate bring the total dead dolphins on the beach to over 20. So far the deaths have been linked to pneumonia and common dolphin virus.

After 16 hours, the strike at the Pennsylvania Convention Center is over. Labor unions at the Pennsylvania Convention Center staged a walkout Thursday. The carpenters' union notified the Convention Center of its intention to go on strike in the midst of contract negotiations. The carpenters' union is the largest at the Convention Center. Four of six unions joined today’s walkout; a fifth was honoring picket lines but was not on strike.

He was honored before tonight's game and threw out the first pitch to a familiar face, Phils' catcher Carlos Ruiz. Eagles Receiver Riley Cooper has been busy apologizing for his racial tirade caught on tape at a concert in June. He admits he had been drinking and says this is the lowest of lows for him in apologies to Eagles owners, managers, coach and fellow players. Riley Cooper was fined by the Eagles.
