On Friday, September 20th, 2013 at 10:00 A.M., Elton John concert tickets for his tour promoting his new album, "The Diving Board" will go on sale for his November 27th, 2013 concert at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA.

"The Diving Board" Elton John's 30th studio album, will be released on September 24th, 2013.

The concert by the Vulcans and the Black Horse Motel was a real nice night of music, food, setting and company. I had previously seen the Vulcans as part of Philadelphia Songwriters Project winners. I had not heard or seen the Black Horse Motels until about a week before the concert. I gave them a look on YouTube and enjoyed their sound and performance.

A Cape May County fisherman is hoping someone honest will return several thousand dollars in cash he lost on the Garden State Parkway. Matthew Camp cashed a check for $12,000, put it in his backpack and hopped on his motorcycle. He was planning to buy an engagement ring for his girlfriend. While on the Parkway, the zipper opened and lost the loot on the highway. About $4,000 has been found and returned by highway workers. Tipsters can call 609-296-0503.

A new study shows pedestrian cell phonerelated injuries have nearly doubled since 2005. The age group most at risk is 16 to 25 year olds. Injuries include tripping, falling off of walkways, even walking in front of moving traffic. UPenn kicked off their “Share the Road” program this week. It focuses on cell phone use among drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians.

Seaside Fire was Electrical; No Bail Reduction in Salvation Collapse; Mont to Appeal Marriage Ruling

Officials say that last week's massive boardwalk fire in Seaside Park was caused by an electrical issue. Live wires underneath the boardwalk which had been eroded by Hurricane Sandy sparked the blaze. The wires were located between the boardwalk and the building and were inaccessible to people. During Sandy they would have been exposed to salt water and sand for an extended period of time. Authorities ruled out arson or smoking as causes of the fire. It started near Kohr's Custard and... The shooting at Washington Navy Yard that killed 13 people, including the gunman is the deadliest at a military base since the Fort Hood rampage in 2009 that left 13 dead and 30 wounded. Originally, there was talk of a second gunman, however by the end of day yesterday, it appeared the shooter, 34 year old Aaron Alexis, a former Navy reservist acted alone. The deadly shooting at the Washington Navy Yard has prompted action at local military facilities. At the Naval Support Activity in Northeast Philadelphia, the security is tight and the atmosphere is solemn. It's common to see guards outside of the support center, but now, they are more equipped and more armed. At the Philadelphia Navy Yard in South Philadelphia, a similar scene is playing out.

At least 12 people were killed and others wounded this morning in Washington D.C. when a gunmen opened fire at the Washington Navy Yard in the heart of the capital. The shooting broke out in Building 197 of the Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters. The Navy Yard is supposed to be a heavily secured office building where around 3,000 workers, both military and civilian, go to work everyday. Three wounded are expected to survive.
