Health Care Deadline, Spring Garden Teen Dead, AMC Marple 10 Theater Robbery

Monday is the deadline to sign up for private health insurance in the new online markets created by President Barack Obama's health care law. Agents from Independence Blue Cross helped customers sign up for a plan that works for them in Bala Cynwyd on Sunday. While one person will be paying as little as $21 a month, another said they will be paying 15 cents for their insurance plan. Rates are based on income and a number of other factors. Woman Charged in Prescription Fraud, Annoying Sound to Protect Philly Rec Centers

A Philadelphia woman has been charged with 257 counts of fraud for stealing doctors' identities and using them to fill phony prescriptions for narcotics. Forty-four year old Jaqueline Bernard of Northeast Philadelphia was picked up by the Attorney General's Narcotics Force and the Philadelphia Task Force. Kathleen Kane says prescription drug overdoses have reached full blown crisis status for families and communities across Pennsylvania.

Frankford Cat Lady, North Philadelphia Fire, SRC Adopts Budget Needing $320M

The Pennsylvania SPCA is bringing charges against a woman who was keeping hundreds of cats in her home in what's being called deplorable conditions. Her home in the city's Frankford section were found more than 300 cats living in less than ideal conditions. Charges are coming for the owner with violations of the cruelty code.

Philadelphia City Council voted unanimously to ban use of electronic cigarettes in public places. They voted 15-0 to treat electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) the same way that tobacco products are treated. The e-cigs, which only produce a vapor when used, would be banned from public places like restaurants, bars, public buildings, and even some outdoor spaces like parks. Pope Gets Invitation to Philly, City Population Up Again, Homeless Recovery Center Opens

Governor Corbett, Mayor Nutter and Archbishop Chaput arrive back home today after a visit to Rome where they got a couple of minutes with Pope Francis. Mayor Nutter presented Pope Francis with a St. Joe's t-shirt. The Philadelphia contingency invited the Pope to visit the city of brotherly love next year during the World Meeting of Families here.

Philadelphia Police are searching for a suspect wanted in connection with a string of adult store robberies in Washington Square with his face partially covered and armed with a handgun.
