Two Arrested for Grave Robbing; Broken Sewer in Valley Forge; Drexel Meningitis Linked to Princeton

Two Bucks County residents are facing theft and related charges for stealing 17 bronze plaques from graves in a Bensalem cemetery and selling them for scrap. Andrew Townsend and Danielle Holmberg were caught on video removing the markers at King David Cemetery. They then sold them for scrap metal for pennies on the dollar. They were worth around $7500. A 35-year-old man is hospitalized after a crash that involved a train and a car Monday afternoon at Main Street at Railroad Avenue in Ellendale, Delaware. A Subaru Impreza was driving eastbound on Main Street approaching the railroad tracks near Railroad Avenue. The driver failed to stop for the crossing signal and entered into the path of a southbound Norfolk Southern train with three engines and 22 cars attached. Police in Newark, DE are looking for two suspects who allegedly performed a 'lewd act' in public. It happened on Saturday afternoon in the rear parking lot of the Galleria Building on East Main Street. Police say that the two suspects were seen having “sexual intercourse” in public “in plain view of numerous passers-by.” Cell phone video was posted on social networks. As part of the showing we were treated with meeting the driving forces behind these two independent gems, George Manney. Miss Philadelphia Crowned, St. Patrick's Day Snowstorm, Philly Teams in NCAA Tourney

The newly crowned Miss Philadelphia 2014 made her first public appearance yesterday in the St. Patrick's Day Parade. Miss Diamond Edmonds is a 24 year old teacher from North Philadelphia who nailed the competition with a tap dance routine at Saturday's finals at the University of the Arts. Miss Edmonds will compete in the Miss Pennsylvania pageant in June.

Garden State Parkway Accident Injures NJ Trooper, Schmidt's Skin Cancer, Nail Polish Remover Assault

Authorities say two people were seriously injured and a state trooper was also hurt in a three-vehicle accident on the Garden State Parkway in Stafford Township in Ocean County, shortly after the trooper had made a traffic stop. Sgt. Brian Polite says that another car traveling on the roadway struck the trooper's cruiser, which then hit the stopped car.
