A woman was found dead inside a car near 30th Street Station this morning. Police were called to S. 30th street between Market and Chestnut for a report of an unresponsive woman. They found a 22-year-old woman inside a black Nissan. She was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no apparent signs of foul play or cause of death. Authorities are continuing to investigate.

Philadelphia Superintendent William R. Hite has put a price tag on his plan to fix the city school system. $320 million. And that's just to start on his ambitious blueprint. Crews responded to the scene of a fire in Burlington, NJ on Wednesday. According to PSEG, a small oil fire started at a building that is being demolished. It is not an active plant and has not been in operation for more than a decade. Shortly after 9 p.m., PSEG said the fire has subsided and crews remains on scene. There is no threat to the local area or river and air quality continues to be monitored and remains safe.
