The Spectrum is set to meet the wrecking ball Tuesday, November 23 at 12 p.m. I have many memories from the Spectrum. Dr J and Mose Malone growing up in the 80's as well as numerous concerts in the 90's, Phish and Barenaked Ladies. Of course, the Flyers great Stanley Cups (though before my time). The Spectrum will be missed but not... Read More

Villanova's upset OT win over #1 Delaware should be more than enought to secure a decent seed in the postseason. How much have the Cats missed Matt Szczur this season? Without him, a postseason run will be very... Read More

It's good to see the Sixers pick up a win. Hopefully this can help turn things in a better direction. The number of empty seats at home games has to be disheartening. But the way the Phillies played, the Eagles are playing, and the Flyers have started, Philly fans expectations are... Read More

Unanimous votes for a tremendous season. Doc had all the stats, which were all time, but what you can't see on the back of his baseball card is how he played. He was a horse out on the mound every five days, and pitched like a giant. On gameday he had that focused stare and meant business. Hope he does it again next year.... Read More

First I hooked this incredible Striper. It had to be 5 ft long and 50 pounds. It fought and fought then suddenly the fighting stopped. When I reeled it in, all I had was this huge head. Someone suggested a Hammerhead Shark took the rest of it. On LBI? Really? Read More
