Jay-Z's Made in America Festival 2013 Concert Details, Set Times, and Lineup

Jay Z's Budweiser Made in America Festival will be back in Philadelphia for it's second year this Labor Day Weekend. City officials have announced details ahead of the show that will take place on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway near the Art Museum. Performance will start at 2pm both Saturday and Sunday, gates will open at noon. The main entrance will be at 22nd Street, other entrances are at 23rd and Pennsylvania Ave and MLK Drive and Eakins Oval.

Truck Slams Hymie's Deli, Gospel Singer Reaches Finals, Nutter Sale Plan for Closed Schools

Hymie's Deli in Merion on Montgomery Avenue was the scene of an accident this morning when a pickup truck drove through the front of the building into the dining area. The driver of the truck was hospitalized but no one was in the dining area at the time. Dining is closed but the deli will remain open for the weekend rush.

Philadelphia Police are searching for three suspects caught on surveillance video during a gas station robbery early Tuesday morning. You see three people walk in with a bag – take a fire extinguisher – and hose down the clerk in the cashier box, filling the box up with powder. This happened at the BP Gas Station in the 2200 block of West Allegheny Avenue in the city’s Tioga section.

On September 10th, 11th, 12th, and 15th the Miss America Competition will return at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ at 8:00 p.m.

The preliminary competitions will occur on Sept. 10th, 11th, and 12th and the final night of the competition will be on Sept. 15th. Single night tickets will range in price from $20 to $100.

The Philadelphia teachers union is ready to make some concessions in contract talks with the school district. President of the Federation of Teachers Jerry Jordan says he will recommend accepting a pay freeze and agree to have teachers begin making contributions to health care premiums. Jordan says he is interested in getting schools staffed properly so they can open on time.

Authorities are searching the bay area near Atlantic City after a report of a missing jet skier Tuesday night. The U.S. Coast Guard says a call was received at about 9:30 p.m. for a missing jet skier near Venice Avenue in Egg Harbor Township. The New Jersey State Police Marine unit is searching the water with assistance from the U.S. Coast Guard helicopter.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says the cetacean morbillivirus is likely what's causing hundreds of dead bottlenose dolphins to wash ashore along the East Coast. They say 333 dolphins have been stranded between New York and North Carolina since July 1. That's more than nine times the historical average for the region during July and August. Sarah Murnaghan is making national headlines. The 11 year old girl who underwent two double lung transplants is headed home from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia today. Sarah has Cystic Fibrosis and needed a court order to get an adult lung transplant because donor rules denied her as too young for the transplant. In court, the rule was suspended and Sarah got the transplant she needed to live.
