The National Transportation Safety Board is on hand trying to determine what caused a freight train carrying hazardous material to derail over a bridge in Paulsboro, New Jersey this morning. The 80 car Conrail train was carrying Vinyl Chloride. Three cars ended up submerged in the water. A fourth was dangling from the bridge and ruptured, spilling Vinyl chloride into the air and Mantua Creek. Teenagers who frequent the Lansdowne Public Library and members of the Lansdowne Public Library Teen Advisory Board wanted to create something to inspire young people to read. Train Derailment Spills Chemical, Philly Police Officer Collapses, Camden to Dissolve Police Dept

A train derailed this morning around 7 a.m. spilling chemicals in Paulsboro, New Jersey. Part of a bridge collapsed over the Mantua Creek and several cars are in the water below. Hazmat crews are on the scene at the Marine Terminal, the site of the accident. The U.S. Coast Guard has also been called in because chemicals appear to be leaking into the Delaware River. Olney Elderly Men Beaten, Wynnewood $1 Million Powerball Winner, Carroll A.D. Sentenced

The search is on for the attacker who savagely beat two elderly men, 76 and 80 years old, with a wrench and a tape dispenser. It happened at around 2pm Thursday in the 5900 block of North 4th Street in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood. The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, about 5’4” to 5’6” wearing all dark clothing at the time. Police say the suspect got away with only the victims’ car keys not the car.

However, most players decided to stay in Happy Valley and play for a team under heavy sanctions that is ineligible for the postseason for the next 3 years. The 38-year-old Delaware County woman who went missing November 18th after a trip to the grocery store, has returned home safely to Essington. She says she just needed to get away. Debra Sullivan Miller was the subject of a nationwide search after she disappeared without a trace. While she had disappeared, she did not contact her family, she missed her 14 year old daughter's birthday and Thanksgiving. Miller claims she hopped on a Greyhound bus and headed to Orlando, Florida. Debra Sullivan Miller, the 38-year-old Tinicum Township, Delaware County woman who went missing November 18 after a trip to the grocery store, has returned home to Essington. Police did not suspect foul play but she was not in contact with her family, was not reachable, and had left her car. Her brother explained that this was completely out of character. While she had disappeared she missed her 14 year old daughter's birthday and Thanksgiving.

A janitor at Gloucester Catholic High School has resigned and has been arrested for allegedly shooting video of students and teachers in various stages of undress through cameras he had installed in the school. John Martin directed the installation of pinhole size cameras in the choir room, weight room, backstage and other areas.

Authorities confirmed that a Chester County man that skipped out on his probation has fled the country to Ireland, but they don't plan on chasing him down. 23 year old Sean O'Neill Jr. of Glen Mills has been in trouble with the law constantly since he was a juvenile. In 2006, O'Neill killed his best friend while playing with a gun during a night of drinking. He was 17 at the time and adjudicated in juvenile court.
