Nicole Jacques, 25, of Hatfield, Montgomery Country, is charged with multiple counts of sexual assault and corruption of a minor. She was a private school teacher at Calvary Baptist School in Lansdale, PA, until she quit in 2011. She is charged with engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old student from that school where she taught.

Quincy Kramer, 21, has been arrested and charged with slashing the tires of nine cars last week in Northeast Philadelphia. He is the suspect in an incident that happened last Thursday night in the 3300 block of Cottman Ave. where cars were vandalized.

Earlier this year, the city of Philadelphia and Mayor Nutter began to pressure the current owners and developers of the Divine Lorraine Hotel at Broad Street and Fairmount Ave in North Philadelphia to do something with the historic building that is failing into disrepair.
