Katie Couric's new syndicated TV show will launch September 2012. Couric, who is an NBC and CBS on-air veteran will also have a role with ABC News.
The opportunity to be able to continue doing news reporting was apparently an important factor in getting Couric, the former anchor of the "CBS Evening News," to take the Disney/ABC offer. Wildwood is New Jersey's favorite beach. Make that 3 out of the last 4 years!
According to an online poll by the New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium/New Jersey Sea Grant and the Richard Stockton College Coastal Research Center, The Wildwoods (Wildwood and its two neighbors, Wildwood Crest and North Wildwood) took top honors.
