The Keswick Theater was graced to host the Cyndi Lauper "She Is So Unusual 30th Anniversary Tour" last Friday Nov. 15th. Indeed it was a night where "Fans Just Want to Have Fun," was the operative description and we certainly did!

The 20th Annual GORE-TEX Philadelphia Marathon is set to run this Sunday morning around the city of Philadelphia. Preparations are being finalized as tens of thousands of people are coming into the city to participate in the weekend long festivities. A Pennsylvania man has been jailed on charges he stole a backhoe from a suburban construction site then drove it about 30 miles to a scrapyard in Philadelphia where he intended to sell it. Police estimate it would have taken William Michael Pusey about 2½ hours to make the trip to Philadelphia from Shainline Excavating of Phoenixville, where the backhoe was stolen Sunday. There have been over 200 break-ins in Lower Merion Township so far this year. Tonight police will host a meeting for concerned residents to discuss preventive measures. According to Lower Merion police, mornings are the time that many of the break-ins are happening.
