This past August 16-year-old Justin Robinson confessed to the October 2012 murder of 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale, pleading guilty to aggravating manslaughter. Today he learned his fate. The teen will serve 17 years in prison, and at least 85 percent before being eligible for parole. Giant steel beams from the World Trade Center have been returned home where they were created. The beams resembling huge tuning forks were visible to the world after the terrorist attacks in New York brought down the Twin Towers. A Chester County man who shot and killed his neighbors' two dogs in February was found guilty of animal cruelty Wednesday. Earlier this year, Gabe Pilotti of Chester Springs says he was protecting his sheep from his neighbor's Bernese mountain dogs after they escaped their yard. But Hogan says Pilotti took it too far, killing the dogs; two-year-old Argus and one-year-old Fiona.

Emergency crews today rescued a man who had a seizure while working 100 feet in the air. The man was atop of Lockheed Martin's "Cornfield Cruiser" facility on Centerton Road in Moorestown, Burlington County. He had to be lowered off the structure by a crane. Bobby Martin, acclaimed music arranger, has passed away. He was 83. Martin worked as an arranger for Philadelphia International Records in the 1970's constructing hits like The O'Jays "Love Train," Billy Paul's "Me and Mrs. Jones" and MFSB's "TSOP (The Sound of Philadelphia)" aka the Soul Train theme.
