The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying the man they say is responsible for two robberies in the Queen Village section of South Philadelphia this month. The first incident occurred on June 16, at about 6:15 a.m. The second incident happened the next morning at 7:25am. The man is described as black, about 20 years old, with a medium build and complexion.

He told the court that after his examination of the defendant he believes he has a personality disorder that is characterized by excessive emotionality and attention seeking. Richard Klementovich, a Clifton, N. J. police officer and Gulf War veteran, is charged with multiple counts of attempted criminal homicide following a daylong standoff on Sunday at his estranged wife's home in Doylestown Township.
Over 118 shots were fired from the home into three responding police vehicles and one neighbor’s car on the street. It all started with a 911 call that police say Klementovich made from the home where he was alone.

Kanye West has announced he'll be performing two nights in Atlantic City at the brand new Revel casino. The dates will be July 6th and 7th at Ovation Hall, bookending the 4th of July holiday week perfectly. The tenth day of deliberations in the Philadelphia Clergy Abuse trial ended today with no verdict. In fact it would seem as if nothing happened today. Compared to the last nine days, there were no legal questions, evidence requests, or prior testimony read to the jury. The jurors worked behind closed doors in the jury room for 6 hours before asking to be released for the day at around 4 pm. They'll go back to the table tomorrow.

A preliminary hearing has been set for Richard Klementovich to be held this Friday. Klementovich surrendered late yesterday after a 10 hour standoff with Doylestown Police that included him firing 118 rifle shots at SWAT and Police and their vehicles. A young boy drowned Sunday afternoon while swimming in a pool at the Camelot Court apartment complex in Brookhaven, Delaware County. The boy was found at the bottom of the pool, responders administered CPR from the moment he was taken out of the water, he was then taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
