When iRadioPhilly chose the name 5 years ago for its 'Isis' radio station featuring contemporary pop hits, terrorism was not an image we hoped to paint for the brand. In the mainstream public consciousness back then, the term Isis had nothing to do with the Islamic State or the terrorist acts ISIS has become known for.
