The initial lineup for the 53rd Annual Philadelphia Folk Festival was announced on Friday afternoon. The festival will be held August 15-17, 2014. There will be more artists added but here is what has been released so far. iradiophilly will be back again broadcasting live from the main stage every day.

| Record Store Day at Vinyl Revival was a day-long celebration of all things music. I was there for about 4 fun-filled hours. I was lucky enough to be able to buy most of the records I wanted. I bought 7-inch recordings by Ray LaMontagne "Supernova" and Ronnie Spector And The 'E' Street Band "Say Goodbye To Hollywood"/"Baby Please Don't Go." I also acquired Little Games by the Yardbirds.
